The new structure covers IT, digital learning, library, information, digital skills and data services within a single integrated directorate. It has been designed to strengthen collaboration, simplify access to services, improve the experience of staff and students, and support the University’s strategic ambitions in learning, teaching, research and professional services.
A key feature of the new structure is the introduction of an integrated frontline support model across all campuses, bringing together IT and library support into a single customer-focused service, while maintaining specialist expertise across digital learning, library services and enterprise technology.
