Carmarthen Library

The Library is situated opposite the Parry Block and Student Union on the Carmarthen Campus, and is also accessible from Y Cwad and the Carwyn James building. It was recently refurbished to provide a more attractive and modern learning environment for students and staff based at the campus.

Visitors: Walk-in access to online resources

Staff and students from other universities or members of the public can use a limited selection of our online resources.

Tours of our Carmarthen library are available all year round to individual users and groups of up to 15. Further information on tours and how to book is available below.

  • Tours should be booked at least three days in advance using the library tours booking form.
  • The maximum number of students per tour is 15.
  • Each tour will take around 30 minutes.
  • Library tours cover the basics of using our library spaces and borrowing physical items.
