Digital Services » Library & Learning Resources (LLR) » Using our Libraries
Our libraries offer bright, open spaces with a wide range of facilities and study areas, designed to suit all learning styles. We offer collections developed to reflect the research and teaching of academic departments, a vast array of electronic resources, and support from expert staff.
We hope that being part of the Library inspires you, empowers you and supports you in achieving your goals and objectives. Our staff are here to help, whether that’s in person at the Help Desk or via email, phone, Twitter or Facebook. We value your feedback, so please do not hesitate to contact the library team if there is anything we can do to improve the services we offer you.
Your UWTSD ID card is also your Library card and will be valid for the duration of your course, research or employment. Please always carry your ID card with you as you will need it to borrow items and use some of our services. Treat this as you would your bank card and don’t share your details.
Lost/stolen cards – If you lose your ID card, you need to apply for a replacement and please note that there is a charge for replacement cards. Further information is available from the Student Hub.
